  1. The CTT course V214, where is it ? Generally how does one know where
the courses are ? Is there a guide that comes with the handbook ?

There's a brief summary in the back on the handbook. It doesn't always
give enough information though if the course is anything other than
    main road.

The chap who asked me has the handbook so I suspect in this case it
doesn't give enough info. So even if you are a member they will not
tell you where the events are !!!

no memebership AFAIK, just the handbook, although you do have to be in
a CTT affiliated club IIRC. All goes back to the days when they held
them in secret and dressed in black, the code was the distance and
where the start was. IGTI that some riders would like to go back to
those days. Not thinking of riding one are you?

The only TT I am considering is the National 24 which isn't on V214 !!
No a friend of mine, honestly was asking. I can't think of any form of
    cycling I would hate more..

    Even

    http://www.cyclingtimetrials.org.uk/courses.asp

seems a bit short on info. The code does ring a bell, mind. Not one of
the 10 or 15 mile courses near Sherburn-in-Elmet, is it?

I have looked at that site, clear as mud. I presume its round here
somewhere since its used for an Otley CC 10 and my mate is Leeds based.

Up and down the A168 (old A1) around B'bridge/Dishforth.
