Where are you from, what do you do?

I am from South Africa and currently live in China. I am studying art and design here. I recently bought an affordable, no name bike to commute to school, fell in love with riding in the process and hope to upgrade soon and learn more about the cycling community.

I am from China.city where I live in not good to riding, but other places in China like Yunnan or Qinghai are suitable

Hi, my first post. I'm an older Australian staying in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and ride a mid 90's Trek MTB. You have be very careful riding here as the locals don't seem too safety conscious and the traffic is utter chaos, but unlike in Australia nobody ever gets angry at bicyclists.
I haven't worked for 4 years, but will have to return to Au soon to make some money. It will have to be farm work or some other sort of labouring job.

Oh, I just found out the isn't my first post. It was my third after i posted 9 years ago about my old Trek 520 with a slipping chain. A new crankset fixed it and i didn't even respond to the thread i started. What a great bike that was. Shame it was stolen not long after.

Please pardon my rudeness and stupidity.

I guess I've already stated it. In case I didn't, I'm from Russia, Yekaterinburg. At the moment, it's not very cold. Just muddy. My city is classified as big. However, there's very little room for riding a bike comfortably. Even though there are some lines on the roads to indicate a cyclist's part, anyways we have to share them with regular people.

Aside from cycling, I work as a marketing consultant for a major vehicle distributor. I currently reside in central Florida and have been here for 8 years. I work full time, so I usually have to do my rides at night, on the stationary, or on weekends. Haven't had a chance to participate in any events this year, as it's been a pretty rough start, but I'm looking to get involved real soon now that life has seemed to calm down a bit for me.

Other than cycling, I work for a donation organization, non-profit.

Currently, I reside in eastern Michigan, and I lived there all my life. I usually ride my bike to and from places, such as work or just for a stroll on the weekends. It's really a rough start to what will be an adventure and joy of cycling, but I am thrilled to say I am getting excited to riding my good ol' bicycle ride.

I live in a little town in Central Massachusetts (Winchendon) that has a lot of rolling terrain. I work as an Operations Manager for a Giftware company that was my main sponsor when I used to race in the 80's - 90's.

I live in India and I am a graphics designer. I love riding cycle and I am a bike enthusiast. I ride my cycle for at least 2 hours on a daily basis.

I'm from Canada and I own a tech company. I also like road biking in my free time and participating in community races.

I currently live in Florida, but am originally from Chicago. I am an artist & writer who does various other freelance work, mostly product testing.

Hey! All I am Rohan and all the way from India and I work for an Aid company here.
But whenever I used to get some extra time than I used to freelance and post something in PL.
What abut others?

I'm from Abilene Texas, currently in Benton Arkansas caring for my son , who was nearly killed in a motor vehicle accident. I am a retired, old geezer. :)

I'm from California and I am a music teacher :) It's a pretty mellow life, but I picked it that way specifically for this reason.

Other than that, I've been really drawn to cycling lately, just need to find a good deal on a CL find because ohoh boy am I not spending $1k on a bike just yet

I'm from British Columbia in Canada. I mountain bike casually, or at least I used to. I'm looking to get back into it. I used to bike a lot 2 years ago, and I haven't biked much at all this year and last year. My training was biking on weekends. My "day job" is being a student :).

I'm from Asia and most of my cycling comes from a stationary bike, but I'm seriously considering purchasing one and just letting the breeze blow through my hair after a long day at work. Hopefully soon I can make that happen.

Hello. I'm from Northern California. Right now I'm back in class as a student. I was living in Las Vegas the past five years working in a Race & Sportsbook.

I am from Hong Kong and I work for an IT department. My office is not too far from my house but I use my cycle to go there as I am a cycle enthusiast.:p
