Hardly a continuous gully as it quickly runs out onto open hillside but
the line between Pike o' Stickle and Loft Crag could easily have been
the ELDs longest scree run. (GBs longest gully and/or scree run is
likely to be in the Highlands of Scotland.)

A circuit of Mickleden starting up The Band would satisfy the horseshoe
walk aspect and as Phillip has already pointed out The Fell and Rock
have a hut in Great Langdale.

That's Surgeons Gully on Ben Nevis, which hasn;'t yet been ascended in
its entirety, let alone descended. I don't think the FRCC have a hut
near there either :-)
