As to the OP, I undersrtand it could take up to 24 hours for Spring to arrive. More if complications arise. I still don't have my password for Spring, however.

Stationary bike? It literally just snowed yesterday & the day after Spring was formally announced here. However, I still ride in that. -

I have exercise ADD,
I think running and biking work for me because the scenery changes.I get bored on stationary bikes and treadmills.
