  1. ...what kind of socks do you wear? I just bought a pair of shoes a couple of weeks back. I am using regular tube socks. I tend to carry sandals on me, so when I arrive at campus I don't have to walk around with the cycling shoes on. They feel uncomfortable when walking around for a long time.

    What he said.

    Tube socks? C'mon on man.

  4. Very thin, very short cycling socks.

    Much more comfortable.

  5. Go retro 70's ala Richard Simmons with those tube socks pulled up to your knees. Make sure you get the socks with those big wide colored striped up top.

  6. Black knee-high cotton socks, w/ gold toes, held up by garters. And I wear a hard cup, 24/7 to protect against any projectiles that my fly into my gibblets. Oh, and I wear 99% opaque glasses, when outdoors, just in case I accidentally look directly at nuclear detonation.

Oh yeah, the Jane Fonda leg warmers.......... I love her videos where she is wearing a big ole belt. Must be a bear when doing ab crunches!

  12. Anything but black! Cheap white short socks from Target.

  13. There are those $10 a pair cycling socks from your LBS. Then there are $7 for two pairs of CoolMax socks from Target or Stien Mart. My beef is anyone that bans the Salvation Army doesn't get my busniess back.

Emphasis on the very short. This recent trend towards cycling socks with six inch cuffs must be stopped.

Don't forget the $5 for 10 pairs of socks at walmart!
