OK. it's been 2 month now. My weight drop from 182lb to 168lb.
I keep my normal lifting routine. Bench press suffers a lot. Other exercises are pretty much same as usual.
I am a little frustrated that my body fat drops to around 12% and won't go down. On the other hand, my appetite is bad. I eat much less and I feel that my metabolism is slowing down.
Should I keep dieting? The result is not satisfying. I don't eat any rich food at all. Almost none carbs and 60g whey protein powder each day.

Take a cheat weekend. Go hog wild. Then go back to the diet.

Dieting is not a problem for me. I don't crave for food. My problem is the process seems stopped. If I eat less, will the metabolism slow down as well? You cannot keeping eating less and less, can you?

Sorry, I thought you were asking for advice. I thought you weren't satisfied with your results.
Take a weekend off the diet. Give your body a break.

What are your goals? You can definitely lower body fat without having your metabolism or energy suffer so much. I would take a look at your diet and see where you can tweak it.

Since you reply in the NG, I asume it's free. 🙂
Morning: 6:30am (before workout) 1.5 cup of slim milk + 30g whey protein 8:30am (breakfast) 1.5 cup of kim milk + 1 quick oatmeal + 2 eggwhite(boiled) 11:30am (snack) 15g whey protein + 10 almond nuts 1:30pm (lunch) 0.8lb meat(beef or pork) + cooked vegetables(around 1 cup) + a little cooked rice(1/3 cup?) + 1 fruit 4:30pm (snack) 15g whey protein + 10 almond nuts 7:30pm (dinner) 0.8lb meat(beef or pork) + cooked vegetables(around 1 cup) + a little cooked rice(1/3 cup?) + 1 fruit
I hope it's detailed enough. When I was not on diet, I'll add lots of high-energy stuff into my snack, like whole milk and peanut butter, etc. Now I add only water to whey protein powder. 🙁
I am in a similar position as you. Looking at your picture I may have slightly more bodyfat. You arn't sucking in the gut are you?
The scale stoped moving downward for me, and I decided that I was not willing to eat less than I currently am, it seemed that my lifts and energy would suffer and I would be really hungry all the time. So I have just been maintaining that weight for a while, and probably will the rest of the summer.

When I'm cutting, I have at least one cheat day per week. Like Hugh says, it works. Don't know why, but it does.
You don't have to go nuts and gorge on burgers and fries. But just eat lots of good stuff on your cheat day and don't worry about counting calories. -- -Larry
