I am hoping that someone could help me with this problem that I have with my bike. I recently buckled both my front and back wheel, which is now fixed( thank god) .....but I am now left with what the cycle shop calls an 'Up and Down' problem. This has caused the wheel to go up down slightly when spinning.
I was thinking about getting Campagnolo Khamsin Wheelset.
Can anyone tell me what kind of wheel will be strong enough to last but goes easy on the pocket?

How did you buckle both the front and rear wheels???Sounds more like you have a wheel builder problem more than anything else, especially if the wheels buckled for no apparent reason. Anyway, a good wheel builder would have rebuilt the wheels so that there was no Up and Down problem, i.e. he would have given then back to you checked for roundness, or he would have told you that you needed new rims to start with. I suggest that you find a new wheel builder and let him have a go at the wheels that you have now.
All the Campagnolo wheels are very strong. I have seen, used, raced several of their wheelsets before and they are all very strong. If you don't really care about weight go for the lower end sets. All instances I have seen, these wheels have never needed truing.

In my experience, Campag wheels are bullit proof - the higher in price you go, the lighter they are, but even the base models are great.
I would check with the bike shop. True "up and down" should be done at the same time as "left and right" true. Either they have not trued the wheel properly or you have a really bad flatspot in the rim which can't be pulled out.
I would be getting some hand built wheels with steel spokes. You might think this is boring but these wheels, if they are built properly, will outlast factory built wheels and cost a fair bit less.
When I went to pick the bike up from the shop after the guy repaired the buckle he said that I have a flat spot that he wasn't able to fix.
I don't even know how I managed to buckle my wheels. I don't do anything special on the bike apart from ride the thing back and forth from work and maybe ride around the park every so often.
I am riding a Giant SCR 3.0 maybe the wheels are just weak....either way I will have a look at some of the suggested tyres people have put forward.

Take it back to the shop! 😠
Tell them to take the tyres off and do the job properly! True is true, left right, and circumference. If the rim is bent, then fit a new rim! They are feeding you [censored]! 😠
Then, when the wheels are true, inflate the tyres with a good floor pump, one with a gauge! 100psi front, 105psi rear is a good start.
Well, that then explains all the problems. Someone once said that they are cheap rims and surprisingly over-priced...
As you'll never get any joy out of them I suggest you throw them away and get something that is meant to be used on a bicycle.
I am very surprised at the bike shop for even attempting to repair such rims, it is common knowledge how bad they are. If you are good at complaining get your money back or a significant discount on some new wheels. If they won't play ball I suggest a name-n-shame of the bike shop in question and general future avoidance.
Actually, I'd avoid them now.
Guessing you're cycling around London I'd suggest some Bontrager wheels.
