Occurred to me you should also ask people to report wheel failures and broken spokes. I've run a couple of rear wheels to failure: a Matrix ISO with a pulled nipple at around 3000 miles, and an MA-40 with a cracked rim at about 5000.
I've also had three broken spokes: two on the rear of my old 36-spoke Weinmann rims, (still on the '74 Raleigh beater) and one on the MA-40 rim which later cracked.
