  1. ATP Vision has not answered their phone for two weeks nor have they responded to any phone messages.
Anyone know what is going on?

    Uh-oh. A flashback to BikeE...

May all beings be happy. May they be joyous and live in safety. All living beings, whether weak or
strong, in high or middle or low realms of existence, small or great, visible or invisible, near or
far, born or to be born, Let no one deceive another, nor despise any being in any state; Let none by
anger or hatred wish harm to another. Even as a mother at the risk of her life watches over and
protects her only child, so with a boundless mind should one cherish all living things,

  3. The word on BROL is that ATP is moving to a new building. Apparently they notified their dealers
    about this.

  4. According to the first poster their voice mail works. You would think they would have made an
outgoing announcement saying "we're moving to a new building. Please call back....whenever. This is
too Bike E like - they should know better.

  7. Great news .. but that's still a DUMB way to run a business.

What the hell does it take to put a recorded message on a phone line?

Are there any Seatle area bent riders more tuned in on what's happenning locally with ATP Vision's move/submersion?

I have to agree 110% with Bob. This brings too many flashbacks from the BikeE fiasco. Only God knows
how many potential sales and credibility they lost. Hope this has no long term effects.

  10. Those Vision folks make some of the best bikes in the USA and world for sure. When the goods is top notch the business won't go belly up.

  11. Agree they seem to be top notch, their new bike is vastly improved. They could have left a better
message system on their toll free number and website about the move. I've got a seat mesh problem
and they gave me a new address in the same city listed on the site. I'm sure a lot of this has to do
we the tough business of bikes, tougher yet with recumbent sales and toughest yet with the economy
being down to flat at best. Nice bike though! After Schwinn went belly up, i'd be looking a lot a
the quality of a bike [vision seems high quality] and less that they'll be around for ever,
unfortunate, but in this global economy, it's a fact of life.

I would not hesitate to adopt an orphan (or two!) if it was a bike or trike that I really wanted.
Almost all unique parts can be copied by a competent machinist, and frames (at least metal ones) can
be repaired by a competent bike builder.
