whats everyones top speed

I'm not sure what speed I actually peaked at, but on the 18th stage of the 2004 Tour I believe I must have averaged 75mph for a few minutes in order to reel in that rascal Filippo Simeoni. I didn't want to do it, but out of principle I felt that I had to. The interesting thing about the whole business, that most people aren't aware of, is that on the way back to the peleton I had Filippo's ear in a merciless pincer grip with my left hand, both of us riding backwards like circus performers. Oh, those were good times!

65 mph last year.

70mph drafting a vehicle down a hill.

I recommend it if you like to have fun and aren't scared.

59.5 mph. No massive descents and 50t big ring bring some limitations; but it was still fun

115km/hr... downhill with 60km/hr tail wind... in Canadian National Road Race... late 80s, Lac Megantic.. man that was scary... just think about pedalling and you are accross the road.

Hit 60mph downhill and 37mph on a flat road with a slight tailwind, chewing the handlebars at a "training race". Guy at the front had tri bars on
