They are expensive because they use only the finest soft drink cans.

  3. Because it came with my uni. I have no idea if it's a superior tire or
not. 😕 Perhaps a more informative poll would be "what do you
think is the best trials tire ?". That might encourage the more
experienced riders to chime up. Perhaps the most popular tire is not
    the best.😉

No, everything you've read about the luna tire up until now has been
lies. Any discussion you find on the luna tire using the search feature
    would all be lies.

We only need one 36" rim, one that doesn't suck. A properly sized KH rim
(like the 29er only larger) would be awesome.

  9. I mostly use the Luna, but I have the Maxxis CC that came with my uni
still in good shape and I just switched it back today. First thing I
noticed, the Maxxis just looks way more bad ass. :p

I kinda like the Maxxis better, except for flatland/street. The thing
is, the Luna tire costs less and lasts 3 times longer, so I will buy
that tire and use it simply for that reason.

  11. i used to use the try-all and now use a maxxis CC, which is nicer for
skinnies, but try-all has a thicker sidewall which is nice.

maxxis CC is much better in the wet though! gonna make my try-all bald
pretty soon and ride that for a laugh.

  12. I use a monty 2.7". But i used to have a luna because it came with my
onza. I found the Luna wasn't as grippy as the monty and it wasnt as
    good for hopping.

  14. Monty Eagle claw is the in my and Joe's experience, the best overall
trials tyre on the market currently. It's like a CC, but with much much
higher and noticable puncture resistance: biketrials will prove that
point very will. The width is the same pretty much, even though it's
    said to be 2.6

however, best tyre for bounce is either: The old Monty 2.5 tyre, or the
Echo Supatrial white stripe tyre. Shame they lack grip horribly though.
