so I figure you mean by table push-a-ways stops eating. Maybe you better
just say stops drinking and eating and save yourself some typing.Anyway the eating i do is less than before and I dont go mcdonalds too much
now. I drink now but when you a man you got to do what you got to do. If
I stop drinking I cant need to try boxing then so I dont get into anymore
fight!!! 🙂 -

basics of constructing a proper diet. Sources for this information can
be found in multitudes using www.google.com. If you want to lose fat,
then you must expend more engergy (base metabolism + exercise) than you
take in (food + drink). This takes time, and requires a committment of
several months to a year (or more) depending on how much fat you need to
lose and how strict you're willing to make your diet and exercise programs.Ari

Thank you for reading this.Eat less, drink less, try running in the afternoon/evening not in the
morning (I feel sick if I exercise early too). Keep the weights going.Find a boxing gym, ask them to teach you.

its sick not sic funny man. and it still doesn't make sensesic (adverb, Latin, so, thus): intentionally so written -- used after
a printed word or passage to indicate that, although misspelled or
mis-used, something is rendered exactly as the original, rather than
it being a mistake on the part of the (current) writer. Most think of
it as an abbreviation for "Spelling InCorrect."In the instant case: You meant "lose," not "loose." However, the
person who followed-up used "sic" incorrectly. The notation is
supposed to *follow* the abused word or phase, not precede it. Isn't
it wonderful when somebody engages in a "spelling flame" and gets
it wrong in the process? (Then again: Some say it's a Usenet rule
that all spelling flames must contain at least one speling mistake.)--

understanding it as you're not a native english speaker.--
