You would find Mostly 80's hairbands, and some older rock. I am
always looking for tunes that will help my cadence.
What about you?
I don't listen to music while riding. I live in an urban area and it
would be dangerous. I depend on my ears to locate vehicles approaching
from the rear. Many years ago I had a Walkman type thing and liked to
listen to the "Allman Brothers at Fillmore East" album while riding. In
those days, living in La Crosse WI and being 28 years old and therefore
stupid, it didn't seem like a problem.
I don't own an iPod. I don't like the way they (or other such music
players) sound. It's too weird to have the "music inside your head"
sensation. YMMV.
If I did have an iPod, and I may buy one to put my music collection on
it since my car stereo can connect to and control an iPod, it would have
many hours of Grateful Dead shows plus official albums, and tons of jazz
such as Tal Farlow, Joe Pass, George Van Eps, etc.
