know you would approve, Jan.
Question:
Alties like you and Jan frequently claim that doctors and drug companies
can't be trusted to give objective advice on treatment because they
supposedly have a financial interest in certain "conventional"
treatments as compared to "alternative" treatments. This is frequently
cited as a reason that some doctors are opposed to alternative medicine,
is it not? You clearly have a financial interest in selling Ginseng. You
have admitted as such by telling us about your business. In addition, as
you admit that you are involved in MLM, you clearly have a financial
interest not just in selling Ginseng but in getting others to sell
Ginseng for you. Why, then, shouldn't we conclude exactly the same thing
about you that alties conclude about doctors and pharmaceutical
companies? Why shouldn't we conclude that you are incapable of
objectivity and are therefore hopelessly biased in favor of Ginseng
because of your financial interest in MLM schemes selling Ginseng
remedies?
After all, fair's fair, isn't it? Shouldn't the same standards be
applied to you as you apply to the "conventional" medical profession?
I understand what you are saying, but first of all I don't know what an
altie is
and second I have never said that doctors don't give the best advice that
they
know. They do. I surely wouldn't presume to speak for Jan, but for my

In the natural way, the most important aspect of the supplement is those
factors that
strengthen the bodies own defense systems. In the case of my ginseng, it

to do the best job of strengthening the bodies ability to fight of

That is the reason that I decided to sell it.
So, it is unrealistic to apply the same standards to things that have
different objectives.
Your motivation, like that of the drug companies, is to "produce a good
bottom line." In fact, your motivation to produce a good bottom line is even
less honorable than that of a pharmaceutical company, be cause the company
has an obligation to its stock holders, while yours is pure personal greed.
You know nothing about the immune system. You would not know how to diagnose
a "weak immune system." (Please explain what a CBC is, and tell us how to
interpret the results.) And you have no evidence whatsoever, other than the
pseudoscientific [censored] fed to you by your parent company, that ginseng has
any effect at all on the immune system. Take your silly "one product cures
all" simplistic theory and go away.
