  1. Hi, I have kid that is flat footed (so says the doctor). When he runs,
he runs on his heels. Essentially, he shuffles and his arms don't
exactly look right either. It looks strange to say the least.

Doctors claim he will grow out of this.

Is there any exercises I can help him with that will teach him how to
run properly? Anything to teach him how to run on the ball of his
    foot?

    Thank you for any help.

i tried teaching my kid how to run "correctly" when he was 5 because i
thought his arms didnt look right...he got totally [censored]...i
mean...he's a kid...he knows how to run...anyway, two years later he
runs just fine. it all straightened itself out.

Running from you is natural for a kid.

You allow a 5YO to get "totally [censored]" at you? Just throw him down and
butt f''k him, like you do at night before bed.

    Child protective services helped.

your ability to read between the lines is astounding. it must be from
    that 400 pound inmate butt-[censored] you cross-eyed.

First off, I am quite insightful at times. Secondly, he only weighed
    350lbs...

Correction: that was "400 inmates butt f"king me cross-eyed". I get
    bored in monogamous relationships.

    on his ape-like jogging style.
