  1. I am 36 and I am not doing exercise since last 20 years(i was regularly
doing it in school). Now-a-days, i feel very lazy.

I prefer running. But i just want to start exercise in room for few
weeks. It would take time to develope habit to wake up early in
    morning.

What exercise you would suggest (without machine or device)?

    Dear Neo
I would like to assist you with your inquiry.
Please reply to following questions -
    Where do you live?
    What is your gender?
    What is your height?
    What is your weight?
What is your objective i.e. general fitness etc
Are you only able to exercise in room?
Do you only want to exercise for few weeks?
    What about after few weeks?
What kind of work do you do?
Do you live in a room?
Why do you think you have to wake up early in the morning? Is that the only
    time you can exercise?
Do you have a problem with the idea of exercise?
    Do you do any sports?
    Do you have any friends?
Can you open a window and get fresh air in your room?
So you did no exercise for 16 years?
Do you live with a partner or do you have a family?
What kind of diet do you eat?
    How many calories per day?
How much protein and carbohydrates do you eat?
Do you drink plenty of water?
    Do you smoke cigarettes?
    Do you drink alcohol?
    Do you take any drugs?
Do you suffer from any medical condition?
Do you feel that you have enough energy or motivation to exercise?
How is your general state of mind?
    What is your body image?
How many hours of sleep do you get every night?
Do you wish to exercise without any device whatever?
Do you consider weights or dumbells a device?
    Are fitballs a device?
Is a skipping rope a device?
Do you live in a building with stairs?
If so how many levels are there iu your building?
Are you aware of your heart rate?
If you can reply to the above questions, I am certain we can help you. You
have come to the right place.

Calisthenics would come to my mind. As in jumping jacks, push ups, and
    sit ups.

Also, the classical Pilates matwork would fit the bill.
    http://naturalhealthperspective.com/exercise/pilates.html
    http://naturalhealthperspective.com/tutorials/joseph-pilates.html
    http://naturalhealthperspective.com/exercise/pilatesathome.html
Pilates is probably the most popular form of what is known as a
bodyweight exercise. Contrary to popular belief, Joseph Pilates
himself stated in writing that he designed his matwork exercises for
    home use.

Then you can do low-impact aerobics (or what they call fat-burning) by
following along on an aerobics video or exercise program, such as by
Denise Austin. These videos basically improve upon walking by adding
hand movements. You keep moving around the room utilizing a variety of
different movements. Most people don't want to look like a fool in
public when they walk, so this form of exercise is more beneficial than
mere walking. Most of the other kinds of aerobic videos require
equipment such as hand weights or benches to step up on.

Also, kickboxing aerobics is also a lot better than mere walking.

You can usually buy these videos for a few bucks at a thrift store,
    such as Goodwill.

Good questions - will need to ask Neo to add those to the list. If this

For pre-adolescents, which you two appear to be (at most), anything
along those lines (plus various body noises) is endlessly fascinating.

    Louis is history.
I am looking for a new, chubby, Italian guy. What is your heritage?

I think my ancestors came over from England when Australian was first
colonized. They were prisoners sent here as was the custom then. (My
    great
great great grandfather stole a couple of chickens according to the
    legend)

BTW, i STILL dont know what a "pre-adolescent" is...

adolescent is a teenager (so I think that guy was saying that you are
acting like a ten year old)

However, one must consider the difference between "child-like" and
    "childish".

    Could he be both?

    oh c'mon . . . just a couple of lousy chickens . . . .

My behavior should be a reflection of a 16 year old. At LEAST!

And just for the record, i want to say that i am a very mature, responsible
    man.
