Cant ident from that although the second symbol is the katakana/kanji
for 2 , Ni which points to it possibly being a Japanese frame.

I could say that this is a symbol used in Oz to say that the Pee house
is to the left of the bars, but it'd be a wisecrack so I won't.

If you don't get an answer here, bikeforums have a section where history
buffs hang out. Try there.

Plus Pegoretti's are expensive. I dont think you would end up with one
and not know about it. Also they have fairly unique dropouts. See
