making it up when he sees one on x-ray??? They do exist. Just that

There *is* such a thing as a subluxation -- problem is, chiropractors
can't consistently tell you where they are or what they do.

As for your question about prescriptions, I think there's some truth
to that -- so chiros have gone heavy into nutritional therapies, since
those use substances they *can* hand out (and frequently sell).

I was referring to chiropractic "subluxations." The ones used by them to
justify three visits a week for 13 weeks and then another course of
chiropractic care for another thirteen weeks.

I have rarely, if ever, run accross an orthopedist who uses the term
subluxation wrt to the spine. The ones I do business with use the term
Lumbar Spondylolisthesis, to describe the condition.
