I have a neat idea for those cyclists who feel they are victimized because
other sports get less attention when it comes to doping: stop doing it,
then the papers won't have anything to write about. That'll show 'em!

procedures protecting honest athletes aren't being followed.

That is laughable. The procedures are fine. Riders who try to blame the
tests and labs for their positives are looking for excuses and gullible
fans to swallow their lies.
