Still on 199. I'm pleased with that. Three days away from home including one curry could have done a lot more damage. I've been well OP the rest of the week. Still working out. My iffy shoulder seems to be better. I'm still being careful with it. I started doing some shoulder exercises and they seem to be doing the job. familydoctor.org265.xmlOpen ↗ I managed to add a bit to my lifts today and reached a milestone of lifting my bodyweight with the deadlift, and 2/3 bodyweight with the bench.
Good job on staying under 199. I know you were concerned about it with all the celebrations you had ahead of you. Yet you came sailing through! Glad that shoulder's on the mend.
You're making excellent progress with the weightlifting. Little by little, inch by inch...

Congrats on the maintain whilst you were away, alot more difficult to do than it sounds. Takie it gentle with the shoulder, they can be tricky in repairing themselves, believe me I know through a long case of been there done that. Shoulder exercises are an important part of maintaining good and pain free shoulder funtion after an injury. Michelle Ozzie in Switzerland

Good job holding the line. You and your curry! (G) If only they could learn to cook with a bit less ghee!!! Most of the Indian food out here swims in oils/butters.
