  8. Hi Elaine,

Not to be nagging, but are you doing your stretches at the end of your workout and holding them as
long as you are supposed to? They say that almost everyone can stay away from muscle soreness by
stretching at the end. Sometimes if I have enough time, I use the "move to the next station" voice
to prompt me to move to the next stretch. Try it, maybe it will help your sore muscles? Good luck!
I'm really glad you joined... it's SO much fun isn't it??

  9. Hi Kristin. Thanks for coming back to me and yes, I do the stretches, but since I can't get down to
the floor, I can't do the floor ones. Like you, I use the coach & hold the stretches to the full
count. I am not painfully sore, just "unused-muscles" sore ;-D I know the feeling very well, am am
not worried - this will ease off with a week or so. I experienced the same soreness when I first
started walking. I am really working at the stations as my upper body muscles are rather week &
spring cleaning will be coming up in the too near future & I will need those muscles for the wall
    washing ;-( Elaine K

  14. that is how I view it and since my overall trend is down, and since I can
usually find something that contributed to the gain I am not upset by it,
and on the weeks there is no reason for the gain I always attribute it to my
body readjusting. When this happens, I usually get a really nice loss the
next week, thanks for letting me know I am not alone, Lee
