This morning my husband, Curt, came in to say goodbye and I told him how
grateful I am that he takes all those meds after day to stay here on earth
with us. He said "yeah, but they're making me fat" and I told him that he
should go low carb with me. It would be soooo much easier to do if all his
[censored] wasn't here all the time. I told him Cheese, Meat, Salads and green
veggies (he loves all these things) gotta get rid of the chips and dip,
apple turnovers, candy bars, Mountain dew, sugar in the coffee, I think he
is going to do it. I am going to approach him about it tonight.
as far as me, I went to a Vikings/Packers party last night (we were
robbed!!!) so I did have some vodka. I had fairly high carbs (party at work
before the party yesterday afternoon) but I kept my calories below 1300 so I
am ok with that. I do believe that calories matter and keeping carbs low
help with over-eating. no party today so I expect to keep my net carbs ~30.
