  1. No I'm not talking about postal anthrax or the drug du jour, but real honest-to-Bob snow. Here. In
    November. I'm amazed.

Once again my ride timing was perfect--I started when it was cold enough to be crunchy and a bit
slick, and finished up just when it had warmed up enough to get wet & mushy. Only saw two joggers on
the way up, no other bikers until I was almost back to the car. (One of whom wasn't wearing a
    helmet...idiot!)

Back home, I'm all wrapped up in fuzzy clothes with a big mug of Hot Banana. There isn't a better
way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

    Dave.

yes that's TMI. We got it here, too: a real artic blast. The summer tires are still on one of the
cars and we got to pull my son and that car out of a ditch yesterday am... he was on the way home
after a sleep over. He's a little shaken but OK... there were about 6 cars off the road on that
stretch so it wasn't just him. I spent the afternoon on a quilting project, and now I think it may
be time to tear down the bike. I've been waiting for the kind of weather that I won't ride in (
sheet ice everywhere) to do that project.

Aww, damn. I was thinking *simultaneous* wives.

So, does that imply you are a three-time loser? <ducks>
