Does anyone here know what might be causing this?
I have often had water weight gain once a month for a few
days. I would take one of my Dad's water weight pills and it
would be gone by the evening. But for the past few months I
have had nonstop water weight, most notably in my feet, but
generally all over. It actually hurts a bit to walk. I can
take a water weight pill, but it has no effect. I realize it
would be best to speak with a doctor, but just thought I
would see if any one had suggestions first. (I don't have
medical insurance, and don't care for doctors anyways.)
I rarely put salt on food, and am not eating anything
processed that is new. I drink lots of water.
I sit in front of a computer most of the day, and realize
that being sedentary doesn't help the situation, but I have
ALWAYS done that, not just lately, so I can't imagine that
being the main cause. Propping up my feet in the evening
doesn't seen to help either.
I'm basically miserable, but REALLY don't want to go to a
doctor until I have tried everything, so let me know if you
have any suggestions.
