Its not Leblanc or Prudhomme, I recognize them, this guy is huge,
almost
300 lbs, and wildly gestures for the crowd to keep back. Once you spot
him, It's quite comical to watch.

Back in the 80's there was a big guy who covered cycling for the Danish
