  1. In winter I usually have cold hands, even when I'm inside and the
temperature is warm. I noticed that after eating peanuts (less than
100 g) my hands becomes warm. Could it indicate a circulation problem
    or is it normal?

I notice that a lot of mentally ill people post on smn in the winter.
Is this normal, or do I have to wait until summer before I can stop
laughting? Maybe eating peanuts will help, but they usually give me
    gas. What do you suggest?

Do some research on google's 'web' tab...use the relevant key
words. Some people have serious peanut alergies, you may want
to research that but it doesnt sound you have the problem...
could be though. a doctor might tell you to keep tabs for
any other reactions etc or increases in reactions.

  4. Sometimes its the salt. It raises your blood pressure. I warm up
considerably in the morning after I have a few crackers with some
    peanut butter on them.

Wait until the summer to eat the peanuts, then. At least the gas will not be
noticed as much if you are outside.

I am more incline to believe that the peanuts were warmer than your
    hands.
