Now a question for you: why do you want to know?
I am trying to update my knowledges of physiological reasons for fatigue. Trying to find the way through that abondance of incomplete information that send readers in different directions.
I would love to see a chart, with all the curves on it. Performance itself, lactate curve, ventillatory & hr threshold, everything. But I may have to build it myself, as I have been googleling it for a while now, with no success.
From what I understand, lactate curve is not necessarly a good indicator fatigue. Say a 90minutes time trial. How would you anticipate lactate curve to look, on a chart. Isn't it slowly, very slowly going up? At least as a result of plasma loss due to dehydration? Or in an attempt at performing negative splits? Eh well, let's stick to constant power, after all, even splits aren't that bad neither.
