I have a new dream - running a marathon.
Age : 27, Male. 1.77m. 78 Kilos.
Been running for a while, just for fun, 30 minutes max, 3-4 times a week.
Now - haven't ran in 4 months.
Stating the obvious, you should first begin running again, and then choose a
marathon further away in time than April.

a marathon until April 2005.
You might be able to run or mostly run a marathon by April, but you'd enjoy
it MUCH more if you take more time to prepare. Find a good book for a plan.

for one?
Possible, yes; healthy, that depends. It's healthy for most to exercise,
though doing so in the wrong way or to extremes will lead to injury. A
marathon specificially probably won't do a great deal of damage, even with
minimal preparation, but why the rush?
