yup, that's basically the case, if [censored] all over nyc's central park. i've seen lots of runners pee'ing in central park. however i will never forget, at a race no less.......in a highly visible area with within the immediate and close eye-shot of hundreds of people...a guy pull down his running shorts, bent over....and stuck a finger in his ass. no kidding...that straight up and blunt. he then pulled it out...placed more lubricant from a tube....and stuck it back in his ass. i assume it was some sort of a hemmorroid creme or something. the very most craziest thing i've ever seen before a race. trees/foliage/bushes, etc....were only about 50' away.....but he did not give a damn. right there out in the very open...the guy just lubed his [censored].

I always use the restroom before leaving the house. Besides, if necessary, I just go down an alley and [censored] behind a dumpster.
I am not going to force some business owner to allow my usage of the facilities if they don't want me. I, nor you, have a "right" to use their building without their permission. Such laws are intrusive and not within the realm of proper government function.
