  1. Anyone know what channel if any will be broadcasting the Vuelta, I know last year RAI did but I didn't find out till after it was over. I would like to find out if I can get the channel on my COX cable if possible.

    It's an Italian (sports) channel/website.

    That's correct

In Europe we will be watching it on Eurosport. If you can find it....

Actually it's the national italian broadcaster and they have more than 3 channels (I think up to 5)...

    Well, I was pretty close.

  9. Last year TVE (which is available through DirectTV and some cable providers here in the US) carried the Vuelta. As far as I can tell they are carrying it this year too, but I don't read Spanish so it is hard to tell.....

  10. via the web
    go to jumptv
sign up for TVE international ($9.95)
get WMrecorder & WMvcr & record it on your computer

  11. So, I just signed up for TVE and am having trouble locating when cycling comes on. Any clue?

Also, does anyone know if Eurosport is carried in the US anywhere or on the web?

It would be great to be able to subscibe to Eurosport on the web!!!

    Thanks

  12. Here is TVE international schedule. You also have other time zones at the top of the page (but there`s a mistake - Spain has gmt+1, but it`s not important because local time in the left corner is right).

And RAI is not italian sports channel but italian national TV and radio. Not important again hehe..🙂

Right on, thanks. I knew it was right on under my nose.

So, looks like they show it in the afternoons in Spain which translates to early mornings here on the west coast. I think I'll record it. Very stoked I get to watch the Vuelta!

Now, if only we could get dishnetwork or cable compnay to pick up Eurosport....

  14. It`s live coverage, so it`s at the same time on Eurosport! Races finnish at around 5 - 6 pm. But Eurosport it`s in english, that`s an advantage. Try with TVE and live audio coverage at www.eurosport.com , but it`s a lot more complicated, especially for recording it.

  15. I am in NYC and I don't see TVE on the list of channels we can pay for (on the channel subsciption page), even though it's on the first page that was linked to. Can anybody help? 🙁

Were you able to view it today? It showed up in the directy under TVE, was on the Eurosport steam but the programing was different on TVE Directv.

  18. yep, it's all about watching the stream from TVE and listening to the english audio from Eurosport. Not that I have successfully done this, but in theory.....😄

I found the problem. TVE international had 2 programs: one is for America and another for Europe, Asia and Africa. Here is the right schedule. It looks like they`ll have only 1 hour highlights in the evening every day.

Sorry, could you let me know how to get the WMrecorder and WMvcr?

Also, what time NY time does the following reference in the schedule refer to?

    19:25:00VUELTA CICLISTA A ESPAÑA

    GRANADA-CORDOBA (SEGUNDA ETAPA)
