I watched the live broadcast and he definitely had a PCV on his bars. I didn't get a close look at his cranks though. Other riders were also using SRMs (or at least the computers) but weren't part of the live data broadcast.

If he is using Campagnolo cranks then there would be no power as they dont do a SRM crank yet. At least I have not been able to get one.

But I highly doubt he was "pacing with power." Vino was pacing with his heart & soul today. -

Uhh, yes. Which is partly why I'm willing to bet he wasn't paying too much attention to his SRM. He was probably paying much more attention to RPE - and to the nagging realization that he was about to get his @ss kicked out of the the race.
