not really. the ones that flap around are different to the other ones.
they arent velcro so they dont stay done up at all. to be honest i dont
know why they are there.

Me too, we have some really nice parks but none with rails like those.
Those rails are dreamy :p

Cool video, and I with that warning I was actualy expecting worse
