metres. Ass you can see the HID has alot more spread. I used to ride
with the 15 watt vista on the bars and a 10 watt vista on my helmet, now
I just ride with the Vicious HID on my helmet. Hope this helps.

Good comparison. What pwm are you using?

I made the circuit many years ago, it is just a 555 timer and a mosfet.
I can't rember but I wanted it to be the same as 6 NiCd/NimH cells. The
same way vista ever volts their lights.

The vicious power lamp module is aluminium and carbon fibre. I suppose
the epoxy is a type of plastic....

I can only assume I have the 12 degree HID it looks even wider than 15
degree halogens I've had. But that might just be because it is so much
brighter.
