He's got two leg warmers (or long tights) with orange blocks on them. Check
his ankle on the rear leg and you'll see the bottom of the other.

No it's two, but pulled down on the knee because it was warmer than I
thought. No time to get them off. Also see no.43.

Sorry Ken, I've got to go with the guy just up the road, rather than Tex.
By the time July rolls around I think you could toss Mayo, Lance, Jan, and
Tyler in a hat and pull three.
This really is looking like it's going to be a Tour for the history books, and
for reasons other than Lance's record attempt.
Should be great fun. Might have to pre-order the long version from WCP.

I believe that the decisive stages in the tour will be in its second
half, so it may be a bad idea to be in peak shape now, or even at
the start of the tour.

That is clearly not Iban Mayo; he's not even riding an orange bicycle, much less
an Orbea. That also appears to be a Fassa Bortolo top with Euskaltel bottoms
rather than anything resembling a leader's jersey. Compare:
