The area around Zion might work out. Road riding thru and around the park, mountain biking in
the area as well. It may be a little cold, but I would suspect there is plenty of both, but not
the crowds.

Unless you really insist on paddling, I'd suggest Arizona. Access is a lot easier than Big Bend
(Tuscon & Sedona within 1-2 hours of Phoenix), and a lot fewer mosquitoes than the Everglades. Heck,
there's probably even some paddling somewhere in AZ. And if you haven't done any desert riding &
hiking, its really a cool change from other places.

Moab would have all of these, but AFAIK the weather is unpredictable this time of year.

Yeah, I was going to suggest that or some of the Arizona destinations (which I've only seen pictures
& video of).

I've had a VERY unlpeasant Westwater canyon trip about this time of year. Looked like it would be
fun, but it was cold, cloudy and snowed on us. Not the kind of river experience I like to have!

Costa Rica would be good, but your tickets probably wouldn't take you there.

Big Bend = drug/human trafficer run-ins and possibly getting lost in Mexico. Though it'd be nice to
mtn. bike Copper Canyon!

Hawaii = paradise on Earth. Definitely DON'T forget your mountain bike! Kayaks are readily for-rent.

It's been an actual normal Winter in Utah, so there is an "unusual" amount of snow in the southern
part of the state. Check with locals shortly before any trip. Arizona would be a better choice.

One place I would suggest would be mountain biking the Santos Trail in Belleview--near the Ocala
National Forest in Florida. About 45 minutes away is Ginnie Springs, where you can snorkel or scuba
dive in the spring and cave, or paddle in the river. Plenty of camping options, in this area, or Bed
and Breakfast, etc, whichever you wish. Here is a link to Santos

Santos is a good option (as already mentioned). But also, Alafia, near Tampa, Florida, has all of
the things you listed in your post. It is on State owned property. There is also Chickasabogue
(county owned), in Mobile Alabama, and the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Fl. Overall, the
best of these 3 would be Alafia. However, if you are into ocean kayaking Pensacola would be a strong
