can explain why the urine poster is cross-posting to groups

I first read the original URINE FAST REPORT in
alt.health.fasting because of all the NGs the URINE FAST
REPORT wa posted in, the only NG I actually participate in
is alt.health.fasting. Fasting is something that I actually
do know something about, and I'll be happy to chat with you
or anyone in alt.health.fasting about fasting, if that's
what you'd like to talk about.

Now I am going back to alt.health.fasting. If you'd care
to join me and my fasting buddies there to chat about
fasting, feel free. But if you feel like chatting about
drinking urine, please go to alt.writing.fiction.sci-fi...

sensible people, including many perfectly decent medical

in favor it do not seem to be solidly fact-based.

Drinking your own waste-water accomplishes the exact
opposite of what one is trying to accomplish when one is
supposedly detoxifying oneself by fasting. Your body expels
what is in your urine precisely because it doesn't need or
want what's in the urine. For heaven's sake, people, please
be sensible.

It makes as much sense to eat your own [censored] for the vitamin
B-12 that's in it. Another completely repellent idea that OF
