maybe a little sticker like the AUK one for mudguards? (or
seat post or whatever vertical flat thingy 'bents have)

That would be the back of the seat. Wouldn't work so well on a bike
with a mesh seat, though. Or on something as reclined as Mr L's Baron.
Or on a seat with no space left for any more stickers, e.g.:

I remember it. I'm not from the Midlands, but shouldn't there be an extra
    "doo" in there somewhere?

Yep, I know the "A" isn't Anglia, but when I hear ATV I always think Anglia
TV. There was (is?) a double glazing company in Edinburgh called "Anglia
Windows" which used a very similar knight to the Anglia ident. They
obviously thought that as Anglia used a knight that there must have been
some link between Anglia and knights on horseback. There wasn't, apparently
the knight figure was one the boss of Anglia liked when he saw it in some
antique shop in (I think) Belgium and brought it back to use for the TV
    channel.

And now we return you to our normal viewing...

I thought about this a few weeks ago and thought just a simple
uk.rec.cycling added as text to a badgerbadgerbadger t shirt would do
the trick, 'til I saw their prices. Also who would wear a t shirt
cycling? maybe a little sticker like the AUK one for mudguards? (or
seat post or whatever vertical flat thingy 'bents have)

I thought we already had a shirt design, courtesy of Marc.

    Yur, I'd vote for that.
