    I think it was Pro Bike Kit (maybe Planet Cyclery?) just had shimaNO 5800 11-speed 105 on sale for $384. That's a pretty inexpensive upgrade IMO. They practically give shimaNO away.

    Thanks for the replies. I just picked up a pair of Bontrager shoes with speedplay zero chromoly pedals and a cycleops fluid2 power trainer so I can get accustomed to the new pedals and shoes.
