I looked at a pair of assos shorts at my LBS... really nice. BUt my
luck,I'd buy a pair and then fall and shred them. Not like I could
afford it anyways. Maybe I'll get an Assos do-rag.

But then, I've been known to wear t-shirts from the local bloodbank
(donate if you can -- it trips them out when you roll in on a bike and
score 107/61 bp with a 67 pulse!) while on group rides, along with gray
cargo pocket shorts, red (or day-glo orange!) knee-high socks and
"Cross trainer" off-brand shoes. One of these days I'll have to catch a
group ride with the Rainbow Cyclists or Different Spokes or whatever
the local LGBT cycling club is called just for the fashion tips.
