35° up here this morning and only 42° now. I'm not going to need those sunglasses today.

Forgive me. I had surgery Tuesday and was still a little slow from the anethesia. I have orders to not train for a week and after that only half what I usually do. I will see how I feel this weekend.

So...frontal lobotomy?
