Looks like it's time for Ullrich to face the music with that DNA test ordered in Germany for some reason. At this point he might as well go with it and hope for an "unconclusive" result, who knows. That would likely get him a seat in a Pro-Tour Team to end his career. Bad news for all the others and partciularly Basso though who would have to submit to the same kind of testing.
Like Legay said, this is probably the only way out of this Puerto mess.

Let's start a betting pool. $15 says Ullbitch's blood matches at least one bag from the OP cooler.
Can someone manage this fund in Paypal and then distribute?
We'll call it the Ullbitch Blood Doping Fund (UBDF).

Magilla
dumbass,
it's telling that almost no one implicated in puerto (except davis and quesada ?) volunteered for a DNA test before the '06 tour (or ever).
if the DNA came from the raid at ullrich's house last fall, it was without his cooperation. i'm not even sure how that came about. was ullrich charged with a crime -- maybe from the t-moblie wrongful termination dispute ?
does that mean in switzerland if you sue someone the cops can raid your house for evidence ?

The police evidently got a search warrant. You don't have to be charged with a crime to have a search warrant served on you.

The Germans started a fraud investigation against Ullrich and Sevilla on the basis of Puerto. So the police had all the reasons they needed to search Ullrich's house in Switzerland.
I'm gonna start my own team, Bob's doughnut shop as sponsor. we won't actually be able to pay Jan to race with us, but I plan to entice him with lots of free doughnuts. might as well since he can't get hired any where else.......we also have access to discounted coffee, unfortunately no ecstasy though
So what's WADA's position on transubstantiated fats or whatever they call them?
