looking for support from his cronies following the damnation of his SS

Apparently. The thread is:
"Which? Magazine exposes Paul Smith and Safespeed for what they really are."The main thrusts of posts by the speedapologists is to rubbish the
magazine rather than the article. Their tactics are just so predictable.
Meanwhile PS has just posted a reply, saying "I have published a response
to the statistically flawed article in Which? magazine."Sorry, but I can't bring myself to post a link here. Its not worth
attracting him.John B

Is it the same PS? ISTR one of the regular contributors to C+ has the
same name.If it *is* the same PS, I presume it's to do with his comments on the
10mph speed limit that's been imposed upon a cyclepath at one of the
seaside resorts.--

No, it's the thread about a pedestrian getting knocked down because they
crossed the road near a speed camera, which PS is always telling us are
dangerous distractions (if you were doing 80 and had to slow down for
them, that is). -

persuading them to accept that you've won is the difficult bit ;-)Guy

It's posted on the safespeed forum and linked from PS's rebuttal page
which is itself linked from the home page. -

deluded zealot without actually saying anything actionable, for
example by quoting his "rejection" of reports he doesn't like (without
offering any scientific basis for his own views), and his
characterisation of the TRL as having been paid by the Government to
tell lies,If I were P**l S***h I would be fuming :-)
