Apparently. The thread is:

The main thrusts of posts by the speedapologists is to rubbish the
magazine rather than the article. Their tactics are just so predictable.
Meanwhile PS has just posted a reply,saying "I have published a response
to the statistically flawed article in Which? magazine."

No, it's the thread about a pedestrian getting knocked down because they
crossed the road near a speed camera, which PS is always telling us are
dangerous distractions (if you were doing 80 and had to slow down for
them, that is).
