records and trace the money back to its origin. You ask Fuentes on the
stand WHO that name stands for (and who the other names on the list
stand for). You ask Fuentes who gave him $60,000 on such-and-such a

Those were the Feds, not WADA, that were after Bonds's trainer.
Does WADA even have subpoena power?
BTW, the Feds haven't brought drug charges against Bonds,
though they might still bust him for lying and for tampering
(paying off his ex-girlfriend). The Feds are interested in
prosecuting drug trading and busting up steroid rings as the
side effect, but they aren't actually prosecuting players for
doping. The Spanish prosecutors can do what you ask,
assuming they want to, but it seems they're also more
interested in nailing doctors than users. If they turn up
evidence, WADA can use it, but I don't think WADA can
itself actually ask the questions you want to ask.
