If these questions are real, I don't really think you're smart enough to be
riding a bike alone.

#1, because he said so.
#2, depends on the pump.
#3, last I knew, 1.60 falls inside the range of 1.50-1.90, hope it still
does.

Regarding #2 above : I have those tires on one of my bikes. The sidewall
indicates minimum pressure 45PSI, maximum pressure 75PSI.Just about any
pump should be able to cover that range.

Sheldon Brown has a page on tire sizing:

The Zac-19 rim is 19 mm in width (measuring on the inside of the walls):

If the Geax tire is a true 1.6" wide, then that's about 40mm.

If you look at the chart at the bottom of Sheldon's page, then you'll see
that 40mm is well within the recommended margin for a 19mm rim.

As for question 2, you should have no trouble getting 100 psi with a
gas-station hose. In fact, you should be careful not to over-inflate. By
the way, why would you want to inflate such a wide tire to 100 psi?
Something in the 70-80 psi range sounds more like it.

A standard tube should be fine.

That tire width should work with a 19 mm rim. Sheldon Brown has a page that
shows the approximate range of tire sizes that will fit a particular rim

Most cyclists buy a floor pump with a gauge to inflate their road tires.
Most high pressure road tires require frequent filling. You might have
trouble getting 100 psi at some garages.

Because they are 26" aka 559 rims and so are the tires. Width is not typically
an issue unless you're talking extremely wide or narrow, like 1.2 or 2.8.

Look at the side of the tire and look for the inflation rates..go
about 10 psi less than maximum.
