to this pressure?
most automatic inflation stations at grudges max at 60psi.

possibly harmful to your rims, will produce a harsh ride,
and will not make you faster.
i beg to differ, but it makes a huge difference when the rider is heavy.
ie 100+ kg to push the pressure up towards the max rated limit.
Quoted message said:100psi is more than you need in a 23mm road tyre, if you're light!
I run 120psi in my 700c x 21 roadie, 100psi in my 27" x 1 1/4" fixie,
and 80psi for my 26" x 2.125" MTB. thats the max rated limit for each.
sure the ride is harsher than with lower pressure, but at lower pressure
the number of pinch flats is unacceptable, i'm just over 125kg.
