Bad luck. Which is how much I paid for my F reg Astra Estate. Pretty
cool eh? Had it four years with zero probs and the MOT costs about 40
quid each time for matey to switch his welder on. It's the golden age
of car ownership for me.

is still cheaper...
Not so with me, costs me more to build my recumbent! 3 chains, 9sp
cassette, bar-end shifters, new blocks, 4 scrap bikes and a bit of
plywood = Astra motor! And about 400 hours of labour! Worth it though.
Those Stelvio tyres - are they really that much faster than
alternatives? I bought two cheapo 20" Haro tyres on Ebay for 2 quid
[+ 6 quid postage :-], just to get me on the road, but I haven't been
out that much to wear them out yet to try anything else.
Might even get out tomorrow.
