What about his involvement in the big IMAX film centered around his Tour experience. Someone was
going to take a big hit financially if Tyler bowed out in the early stages. Could that whole thing
have had some influence on the way Tyler viewed his Tour after the crash? Might he have more

I can understand that -- it's sort of sick for a sportsman to be doing that to himself.
But even beyond that, the detailed thanks he gave to his team for the LBL win (I think it was in

an idiot to disagree. It seems clear his concern was that Tyler was racing injured and that he felt
it looked like it would be impossible (or at least improbable) that Tyler could do this without
drugs that should test positive. When he does not test positive, it looks like just another pro that
"gets away with it".There are a lot of people that claims there are ways to "beat the test" etc. I know that this is
primarily WRT EPO and similar drugs. However, many casual fans have the impression that the pros can
get away with taking any drugs they want and that the drug tests ate a farce. I beleive that is

That could be exactly the difference. Vaughters had to leave the race because at that time there was
almost nothing they could give him (within the rules at that time) that would help, but Eki got some
medicine that could help him and he was able to overcome the problem and remain in the race.-WG
