How much you wanna bet that team Phonak's ownership pursues legal
action against Hamilton and company for destroying their business
plans for 05 (and beyond)? Not only did Hamilton screw himself, but

consider the possible payoff versus cost, and the risk of a negative judgement.Don't assume some sense of altrusim plays out or even matters. Practical
matters have much more weight.
