I think they just made another Turner owner (xc & dh) for life, and I haven't even purchased
anything (yet).

I feel the same way about Ventana. The frame I bought is only available in a black ano but I asked
if I could get it in red. They had some other stuff going out for red ano and worked mine in no
extra charge even though I had told them I would pay extra for red. I talked to both the owner and
the front office several times and was totally satisfied with the way I was treated.

Mr. Gibson does not have a huge ego to tend to, or any of the [censored] that goes with a huge ego
affliction. He makes bicycles using his engineering degree and years of knowledge to do so and
do so very well. That's the kind of designer/fabricator/businessman that will not dump a load of
[censored] on you and call it a bicycle.
