  1. Hi Guys and Gals,

Many years ago, I came across a story about a French man.
He was the foremost swimming expert in the World. To demonstrate, he would
lie on a table and move
his arms and legs in exact duplication of a frog.
But he never would go into any water, as he simply could not swim.

I am after this story for other reasons then swimming. If anyone would have
    the story
or can point me into the right direction, I would sincerely appreciate it.
I know that I could make a story up using similar circumstances, but this
    one struck
me particular useful for my purposes.

The story was never intended to belittle any nationality, just merely to
    demonstrate the
so called "expert" status as compared to actual practical knowledge of a
    given subject.
